PROSECURITÉ is a private surveillance and security company. Our activities are accredited by Accreditation n° 2002-81 of 03 August 2002 of the Ministry of the Interior, which gives us the right to carry out the mission of protection of assets and people.

OUR ORIGINS

The direction of PROSECURITÉ has been formed in safety operating mechanisms.

PROSECURITÉ benefit from the necessary authorizations to exercise and operate as a security company. It was issued to us by the Ministry of the Interior.

WORKING METHOD

The working methods adopted by the Company PROSECURITÉ are varied. The working method varies according to the service requested by our client, whether it is an event guard service, a guard dog security or a rapid intervention.

Our working methods, our policies and the strategies applied by the PROSECURITÉ company differ from one service to another on the one hand, but it is based on rules and measures, which are well defined by the general direction of the company, on the other hand.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety of our customers and their protection. The achievement of this goal requires considerable effort from the entire team and work methods that perform well enough to set up an effective organization and a coordination between the different stakeholders. In order to carry out our work and the requests of our customers, our work is based on clearly identified steps and specific orientations of all the actions that will be carried out thereafter.

The sites and places that will be secured will be divided according to their specificities and the different particularities that characterize them.

The technical study and the visits are an essential step in the adopted working methods. At this stage, we proceed to a complete study of the terrain on which we will operate.

In the second place, we opt for the establishment of security agents, responsible agents or even team leaders, and this, based on the requirements of our customers, the indications of the specifications and the conclusions from organized meetings between PROSECURITÉ and the client. The introduction of security guards also includes the recruitment and training of the recruited staff as well as the provision of materials and equipment necessary for the smooth running of the security process.

Thirdly, daily and regular monitoring rounds are conducted by the supervisors appointed at each site to ensure proper application of the rules and guidelines already set by management.

Follow-up and organized refresher sessions are also one of the most important steps of our recruitment department. Thus, we not only facilitate the introduction of the security officer into the security and guarding industry, but we also enable him to become familiar with surveillance and guarding procedures and to ensure effective communications with visitors and customers of secure sites or places.
